01Return conditions

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Items should be returned unworn beyond normal fitting, unwashed and with original tags attached. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Customers bear the direct return shipping costs unless an item is defective, incorrect or mandatory law provides otherwise. Submitting this form records your request but does not itself provide a prepaid return label.

02Before submitting

Keep the product and all original tags until you receive instructions.
Enter the order number exactly as shown in your confirmation email.
List every item you want to return, including size and quantity.
For defective or incorrect items, mention the issue in the message field. We may request photos by email.

03Submit return request

Complete all required fields. Your request will be sent to the TTC returns desk.

04After submission

We normally review return requests within 1–2 business days. Please do not send the parcel before receiving the return instructions. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return has been completed.
